From a recipe using only natural ingredients, we wanted to make these crunchy golden chips into a simple and tasty aperitif. These chips come in several flavours as well as an organic version. The history of Socca Chips®
You have to go back to 2014 for the beginning of the story, when chef Luc Salsedo, owner of a restaurant in Nice,
experimented making small chips with some leftover socca, the famous galette made from chickpea flour.
Because for him, nothing goes to waste, everything can be transformed!
