This vegetable chip is part of the culinary art of Nice. It is derived from socca, a traditional speciality of Nice that has been part of the local heritage for a very long time. Go ahead and try it! You will introduce your guests to new flavours and share a convivial and above all gourmet moment.
Coated Socca Chips®

– A fresh fruit juice
– Christmas tea
Ingredients :
1 packet of Socca Chips®
1 dark chocolate dessert
Coconut powder
Crushed chestnuts
Recipe :
Nothing could be simpler, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie Select the most beautiful petals of chips and set them aside
When the chocolate is melted, dip half of the chips in it, then in the coconut (or crushed chestnuts)
Repeat for all your petals
Let take a few minutes and enjoy quickly
Variation: You can also try the experiment with white chocolate and praline for example
