Difficulty: Easy

– A fresh fruit juice
– Christmas tea

Ingredients :

  • 1 packet of Socca Chips®

  • 1 dark chocolate dessert

  • Coconut powder

  • Crushed chestnuts

Recipe :

  • Nothing could be simpler, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie Select the most beautiful petals of chips and set them aside

  • When the chocolate is melted, dip half of the chips in it, then in the coconut (or crushed chestnuts)

  • Repeat for all your petals

  • Let take a few minutes and enjoy quickly

Variation: You can also try the experiment with white chocolate and praline for example
