Today we offer you a gourmet and comforting recipe for autumn or winter! A pumpkin velouté, but instead of accompanying the velouté in the classic way with croutons, we will replace them with our Socca Chips®!
Socca Chips® are made from chickpea flour and are therefore gluten-free and also additive-free! They are inspired by the famous Socca, a recipe from the South. It is a real delight!
Fall Soup and Socca Chips®

– A little water (it does not rust)
– A good glass of red
- 1 packet of Socca Chips®
1 pumpkin soup
A little olive oil
Prepare your soup or buy a good pumpkin soup already ready.
Add a few crushed chestnuts, parsley and a drizzle of olive oil to the soup that is still hot.
Salt and pepper and finish by crushing a few Socca Chips®, replacing the croutons …
To taste very quickly!
Variation: Pumpkin, squash, vegetable velouté etc… You have carte blanche!
