Socca Chips® are made from chickpea flour and are therefore gluten-free and also additive-free! They are inspired by the famous Socca, a recipe from the South. It is a real delight!

Fall Soup and Socca Chips®

– A little water (it does not rust)
– A good glass of red

Ingredients :

  • 1 packet of Socca Chips®
  • 1 pumpkin soup

  • Some chestnuts

  • Parsley

  • A little olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Recipe :

  • Prepare your soup or buy a good pumpkin soup already ready.

  • Add a few crushed chestnuts, parsley and a drizzle of olive oil to the soup that is still hot.

  • Salt and pepper and finish by crushing a few Socca Chips®, replacing the croutons …

  • To taste very quickly!

Variation: Pumpkin, squash, vegetable velouté etc… You have carte blanche!
