Mille-feuille of Socca Chips®

An aperitif with style!
Ingredients :
- 1 packet of Socca Chips®
- 1 mozzarella
- 1 tomato
- 3 slices of cured ham
- Rocket
- 1 clove of garlic
- A few fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Parmesan
- Salt
Recipe :
For the homemade pesto:
- Chop the garlic and basil with a knife
- In a small bowl or mortar pour the olive oil, the garlic and basil mixture and add a little salt
- Mix well
For the mille feuille:
- Select the nicest-looking chips
- Slice the tomato and the mozzarella
- We assemble the mille feuille by alternating a chip, a slice of mozzarella, a slice of tomato and a few pieces of very thinly-sliced ham
- Place the mille-feuille on a dish and decorate with some rocket leaves, and sprinkle with a little Parmesan, just like a Michelin-starred chef!
- Finally, pour the pesto onto the mille-feuille… and enjoy!
Variation: Remove the tomato or replace it with steamed courgette …
