Season: Summer of course!

Difficulty: Easy

What are we drinking?

– White

– A refreshing glass of water!!

Ingredients :

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Mesclun
  • Tomatoes
  • Tuna in olive oil
  • Spring onions
  • Celery heart 
  • Purple artichoke
  • Small green pepper
  • Radish
  • Black olives from Nice
  • Hard-boiled eggs
  • Anchovy fillet
  • Basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  •  1 packet of Socca Chips®


  • In a saucepan, boil the egg for 10 minutes.
  • During this time, cut all the vegetables.
  • Rub the bowl with chopped garlic.
  • To make a proper niçoise salad, add the ingredients in the order listed above.
  • To finish, add a few Socca Chips® to bring a touch of sun and some crunch!
