Because eating has always been a joyful, pleasurable and convivial act, our products contain 100% natural ingredients from local Mediterranean agricultural sources. All naturally gluten-free, with no additives, preservatives or GMO or other treatments such as ionization … for a 100% taste of pleasure.
We have chosen to manufacture our “Créations Luc Salsedo®” in France, in our plant near Nice, to allow complete control of the quality of our products which is at the heart of our commitments and our business culture.
All our raw ingredients are carefully selected to ensure food safety and to offer tasty, quality products that meet health requirements. Constant traceability of our raw materials provides optimum control of the production chain.

Our recipes have evolved to reduce the salt content by 33% for Socca Chips®
