Ingredients

- 1 bottle of SoccApéro®
- A small portion of homemade ratatouille preferably
- An egg
- Parmesan
- Salt and pepper

Recipe

- Prepare your SoccApéro® pancake and set aside.
- Cook an egg in the pan, when the white begins to cook, fold it over the yolk.
- In the center of the pancake, place a little already prepared ratatouille.
- Add the egg on top and finish with a few shavings of parmesan.
- Add salt, pepper and enjoy straight away!
