Chef Luc Salsedo had the opportunity to participate in the SiRHA 2023 trade show in Lyon.
For the record, the SIRHA in Lyon is a huge international trade show, the largest in Europe, dedicated to the restaurant, hotel and food industries. It is an impressive place that brings together the world’s best chefs and gastronomy professionals. It is a real meeting point, a place to pass through and a place to share for all those involved in this field.
The generosity and friendliness of the people who have always supported SIRHA have given it an atmosphere, a tone and a human warmth that is unique. Thanks to its development, SIRHA has been able to maintain these values that visitors and exhibitors look for when they come to the capital of the Gauls. Alongside two of the world’s greatest gastronomic competitions: the Bocuse d’Or and the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, competitions and events have been set up by the organisers and exhibitors. Thus, in the halls or in the bend of an alley, everyone had the opportunity to discover a new product, a new know-how or a new material, in a festive atmosphere and pleasure for the five senses.
The chef had the pleasure of accompanying L’Aria Sud and all the participating companies from the PACA region in order to sublimate their products through recipes created especially for the show.
This is the meeting place for professionals, whether amateurs or the curious, in the field of cooking, pastry-making, baking and all food products at the world level par excellence.
