- 1 packet of Socca Chips®
- 1 bottle of SoccApéro®
- Arugula salad
- Cherry tomatoes
- Eggplant caviar
- Dried tomato confit
Nothing could be simpler, just prepare your ingredients and place them on a nice board!
For the chestnuts, cut them in the middle, put them on a baking sheet with baking paper and cook for 20-30 min at 220 °.
Remember, you can substitute whatever ingredients you want !!
Variation: Replace the bread with MORE socca… and add a few thin slices of ham with truffles!
