Difficulty: Easy

– A glass of rosé champagne
– A cup of Champomy

Ingredients :

  • 1 packet of Socca Chips®

  • Cheese like Comté

  • Smoked trout

  • Raw ham

  • Lumpfish eggs

  • Fresh cheese like St Môret

  • Parmesan shavings

  • Pine nuts

  • Crushed chestnuts

  • Fresh parsley

Recipe :

  • Select the prettiest petals of chips and set them aside.

  • For those with cheese, reserve them in an ovenproof dish.

  • Place a few shavings of Comté on top and slide them into a hot oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.

  • Take them out and add a few pine nuts, taste quickly (do them last, they are better hot).

  • Garnish the other toasts with a little cream cheese, a piece of smoked trout, a teaspoon of lumpfish eggs and a little chopped parsley.

  • For those with ham, add a little chestnuts on top and a few shavings of Parmesan.

Variation: The toasts can be declined according to your desires. For example with pâté, vegetable bush, ham with truffles etc …
