Socca Chips®’s holiday toasts

Difficulty: Easy
– A glass of rosé champagne
– A cup of Champomy
Ingredients :

1 packet of Socca Chips®
-
Cheese like Comté
-
Smoked trout
-
Raw ham
-
Lumpfish eggs
-
Fresh cheese like St Môret
-
Parmesan shavings
-
Pine nuts
-
Crushed chestnuts
-
Fresh parsley
Recipe :

Select the prettiest petals of chips and set them aside.

For those with cheese, reserve them in an ovenproof dish.

Place a few shavings of Comté on top and slide them into a hot oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.

Take them out and add a few pine nuts, taste quickly (do them last, they are better hot).

Garnish the other toasts with a little cream cheese, a piece of smoked trout, a teaspoon of lumpfish eggs and a little chopped parsley.

For those with ham, add a little chestnuts on top and a few shavings of Parmesan.

Variation: The toasts can be declined according to your desires. For example with pâté, vegetable bush, ham with truffles etc …
