Niçoise salad

What are we drinking?
– White
– A refreshing glass of water!!
Ingredients :
- 1 clove of garlic
- Mesclun
- Tomatoes
- Tuna in olive oil
- Spring onions
- Celery heart
- Purple artichoke
- Small green pepper
- Radish
- Black olives from Nice
- Hard-boiled eggs
- Anchovy fillet
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 packet of Socca Chips®
Recipe:
- In a saucepan, boil the egg for 10 minutes.
- During this time, cut all the vegetables.
- Rub the bowl with chopped garlic.
- To make a proper niçoise salad, add the ingredients in the order listed above.
- To finish, add a few Socca Chips® to bring a touch of sun and some crunch!
