Today we offer you a delicious and comforting recipe for fall or winter! A pumpkin velouté, but instead of accompanying the velouté in the classic way with croutons, we will replace them with our Socca Chips®! Socca Chips® are made from chickpea flour and are therefore gluten-free and also additive-free! They are inspired by the famous Socca, a very southern recipe. It’s a real delight!

– A good glass of red

Ingredients

- 1 package of Socca Chips®
- 1 pumpkin soup
- Some chestnuts
- Parsley
- A little olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Recipe

- Prepare your soup or buy a good pumpkin soup already ready.
- In the velouté while it is still hot, add some crushed chestnuts, parsley, and a drizzle of olive oil. Salt, pepper and finish by crushing some Socca Chips®, replacing the croutons…
- Enjoy very quickly!
