A new original recipe, between sweet and savory, easy and quick proposed by the chef. For a little sweet note we have chocolate and for the savory side we have our Socca Chips®. 100% Niçoise chips, made from chickpea flour, like the traditional Socca recipe, a pancake cooked over a wood fire that we eat in Nice. And if you didn't know, our chips are gluten-free and additive-free! Good tasting !

What do we drink?

– A hot tea
– A homemade hot chocolate

Ingredients

- 1 package Socca Chips®
- A bar of dark chocolate

Recipe

- We select the most beautiful chip petals
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie until it is well melted.
- Let's choose a nice flat plate to distribute your chips and let them cool
- Once the chocolate is well melted, let's dip half of the chips in it. We repeat the action for all the selected chips.
- Now let them cool to room temperature.
- You'll see it's surprising but super good!!
- Tip / advice: Do not cool them in the fridge because the part of the chips that is not coated with chocolate will soften due to the humidity. Prefer a dry place. At room temperature it's fine, it will just take a little longer

Suggestion

Variant: Why not crush the bottom of a plain Socca Chips® packet and mix it with the rest of the melted chocolate? It will give you exquisite sand roses ^^! We show you this in the next recipe
