You can prepare your chocolate Socca using our SoccApéro® preparation, made with chickpea flour, naturally gluten-free. Why not treat yourself to a chocolate Socca for a snack? Socca, a pancake cooked in a wood-fired oven, is a specialty originating from the south of France, from Nice more precisely, which is enjoyed all year round, generally in the streets of old Nice. It’s delicious, you’ll see! Treat yourself !

What do we drink?

A fresh fruit juice

Ingredients

- 1 bottle of SoccApéro® organic or conventional
- A bar of dark chocolate
- Cocoa powder
- A jar of dark chocolate sauce
- Icing sugar
- Little chocolate eggs

Recipe

- Let's prepare the socca dough using the SoccApéro® preparation (see the back of the bottle) by adding a good teaspoon of cocoa powder and place it in the fridge for an hour (or the day before)
- Melt the dark chocolate bar in a bain-marie
- Heat the pan with a little olive (or sunflower) oil
- When it’s hot, you make your first pancake, like a crepe (see instructions on the back)
- Once the pancake is ready, place it on a plate and use a spoon to place a little melted chocolate on it.
- Add a few dashes of chocolate sauce and sprinkle with icing sugar
- For decoration you can also add a few small chocolate eggs, it’s pretty and delicious!
