Ingredients

- 1 bouteille SoccApéro® bio ou conventionnelle Roquette
- Choux rouge
- Chou fleur
- Champignon
- Poivron

Recipe

- Prepare the socca dough using the SoccApéro® preparation (see the back of the bottle). Place in the fridge for an hour.
- Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
- Cook the 3 or 4 SoccApéro® pancakes in a pan (depending on the size of the pan).
- Garnish them with vegetables and that’s it!
