A craving for chocolate? A packet of Socca Chips® already open in the cupboard?
We offer you our greedy and anti-gaspi version! An original recipe for sweet crisps concocted by the chef Luc Salsedo: the famous Socca Chips® style sand rose.
Moreover, as our Socca Chips® are made with chickpea flour, this dessert or snack is suitable for all diets, whether you are vegan, vegan or gluten intolerant. Our little extra? Our chips are locally produced in the south of France, close to Nice. They are inspired by a traditional Nice recipe, the famous Socca that all the locals know well and that tourists enjoy all year round.
Socca Chips®’s sand roses

– A squeezed orange juice
– A good hot chocolate
1 half or bottom of a package of Socca Chips®
1 dark chocolate bar dessert
Nothing could be simpler, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie Crush what’s left in the packet of Socca Chips®
Put the crisps in pieces in the bowl with the melted chocolate and mix until the crisps are completely coated.
On a plate, make small piles with the chip / chocolate device
Let stand in the fridge for at least an hour
Variation: Keeps very well in the fridge if you don’t finish it the first time!
